and union membership?
A. Fair share employees do not have the right to
vote at local meetings, cannot run for office in
the local, and do not have member benefits.

A. You need to obtain a 'yellow card' for a Political
Action Committee deduction ($2.00 per pay) from

A. Every second Monday of each month at 6:00 p.m.
in conference rooms A & B on the second floor
of the headquarters building. Daycare

A. Union dues pays for representation at bargaining
talks for security and rights in the work place

A. Yes, all union business conversations with a
local union officials are strictly confidential.

A. No, you have a legal right to join a union
if you are eligible for membership.

to be a member in good standing for one year.

by AFSCME to bring you benefits, job security, and
